There are 3 screws at the bottom of the door panel, one behind the inside door handle lever and one under the small cover inside the recessed area used for closing the door. Then you need to pry out the mesh covering the speaker using a flat screw. There are 3 screws inside there as well. Once you have removed all the screws the panel should be loose at the bottom. Pull out and push upward to free the panel. Then you need to unlock the small lever connected to the inner door handle. Also unscrew the locking lever near the B pillar.
