To unstress oneself, you can try deep breathing exercises, take a walk in nature, practice meditation, engage in physical exercise, or write in a journal to express your feelings and thoughts. Find an activity that helps you relax and unwind, and make time for self-care regularly to manage stress effectively.

Relaxation is one of the best techniques to use in anxiety. One form of relaxation is noticing any tense muscle groups. You can pay attention to each muscle group and then relax the tense muscles. When a tense muscle is identified, you can tighten the muscle intentionally which is followed by relaxation. This not only helps you relax but also helps you identify the tense muscle groups and compare them to when they are relaxed.
