To update from Mac OS 10.2 to Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger) you will need to buy a copy of the 10.4 Tiger software. You can find secondhand copies on eBay or Amazon. Once installed the automatic Software Update will bring you up to the final version of Tiger 10.4.11.
