The Dell Latitude C-640 has HI-SPEED USB2 compliant hardware, but often driver problems cause the error "HI-SPEED USB Device Attached To non-HI-SPEED Hub".

Replacement parts for a c640 can be purchased by searching it up on Amazon. Ebay has auctions but also has items that can just be bought. You can also just go to the Microsoft site and they have replacement parts too.

No need to activate it - just try typing «webcam» in the Start menu; it should give you the option to run the webcam application.
