It's simple, copy the files of the map in to your counter strike files
the files of the map may include: map/overviews/-mapname-.wad
copy them in to the correct sections (files) in your CS game file
Run the game and try it, see if it works, if not, some files might be missing like
-mapname-.wad etc.

Counter Strike: Source uses the Source engine.
To convert a PK3 map file from Quake 3 Arena into a BSP format suitable for Counter-Strike, you typically need to extract the map files from the PK3 archive using a tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip. Once extracted, you can use a level editor like Blender or a specialized tool such as Quake to Source or BSP2MAP to convert the map geometry and textures. Finally, compile the converted map into the BSP format using a compiler suitable for Counter-Strike, such as Hammer Editor or ZHLT. Note that you may need to adjust textures and entities to fit the Counter-Strike gameplay mechanics.
Play on the map scoutzknifez and you'll get better.
