Find an wifi access point that isn't protected, hopefully the one in your house. Connect to it, and it opens the browser screen. There should be greyish bars at the top and bottom of the screen, if now press triangle. Scroll across the links at the bottom to the far right hand side and click on the question mark, this will bring up a screen showing you how to use the web browser, controls etc.
