How do you use an r4 card?

If you have an r4 card, to use it you need: r4

micro sd

usb adapter for micro sd

computer w/ internet browser/ internet connection

Go to:

http://www.r4ds.cn/download/118/English-1.18.rar

Extract English-1.18.rar. Open the new folder you made.

Inside is a folder called English.

Open it.

Now connect the micro sd to the computer via usb adapter.

Drag the contents of the folder English into the micro sd.

Now you can get .nds roms!

Extract the roms, and put them in your micro sd.

To play gb/gbc roms, get lameboy.

To use Action Replay Codes on nds roms, you need AR Code Manager:

Go through the setup to download the CM.

Open the code manager. In subscriptions, drag Codejunkies US Games down to Local Codelists. Wait a very long time until it is done. Now drag Codejunkies US Games from Local Codelists on your Desktop.

Now you need Cheat Code Editor:

Extract it and open Cheat Code Editor. Select File, Import xml file, and choose Codejunkies US Games from your Desktop. Now many games should load up, and select File, Save Cheat Database, and for the location, select your micro sd's _system_ folder. For the file name, make sure it says usrcheat.dat

Now click save. Now you can use Action Replay Codes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
