You need to do it at least an hour ahead of time. Drink the entire bottle then fill it with water and chug that. Refill it again and drink it over the hour period. Urinate often during this time. It will last about five hours. When you take your test, don't use the beginning or end of your stream. Basically pee a little in the toilet, get your sample then remove the cup before you finish as the beginning and end have the most toxins in it. Basically Assure just dilutes your urine, so that it makes the amount of drug in your system less than the minimum threshold. Because many places can tell if you dilute by the color or the fact that you don't have the right amount of creatine in your body, the Assure helps by adding color and creatine to help trick the test. It's worked for me and my hubby before, so hopefully it'll work for you. Also be sure to abstain from drugs for a few days beforehand to make the job easier for the detox drink.
