How do you speak to a ghost?

In order to talk to a ghost you have to be able to hear them. I guess you can talk to one without being able to hear it, the hgost can give you signs but then you can only ask yes or no questions maybe a little more. When you talk to a ghost remember that the ghost was maybe a human before so talk to them like they are, strat with hi and ask thier name.

How was the cellular phone invented?

Contrary to popular belief, Al Gore did NOT invent the cell phone. You can than the Amateur Radio community (Ham Radio Operators) for this nifty invention. A cell phone is nothing more than a hand-held transmitter/receiver (Tranceiver) - The only difference is that the cell phone is full-duplex (can talk and hear at the same time) - unlike a conventional radio (Push the talk button to talk, and let go to hear) What makes this simple tranciever a cell phone is the infrastructure supporting it - i.e. the cellular telephone network. When you dial a phone number, your little radio will authenticate and connect to the most available cell tower, and forward the dialed digits to be connected on your behalf. Anything that happens between your cell phone and the cell tower is on a radio network. Anything that happens between your cell tower and the person you are talking to is handled by the telephone network. (Telephone network being the switched cellular service, the Public Telephone System and any carrier services between you and what you are talking to.)
