Well, the wisest decision would be to NOT wake them. But if you must wake them, do NOT pour water on them! You need to guide them back to their beds, and either leave them there until they wake up on their own, or gently (and I repeat GENTLY) shake them and say their name until they wake up. You will know that they are not still sleep walking by what they say. Ex: stuff from movies, events of a day, their friends, etc. But please, I beg of you, don't wake them up it scares and confuses them... really bad. And I can say that from personal experience. (I'm a sleepwalker) My sister woke me up one time (she slapped me :-D) and it really scared me and I was really confused. I was wondering what was going on and why she slapped me. So instead of waking them up, just simply guide them back to their beds and tell them about it in the morning. :-D
