Well, you dont have to put anything inside daily just put a little bit of Tap Water Conditioner every time you wash the fish tank with tap water. If its a big fish tank do wash it every week and if its small wash it every three days.

here is how to do it: pour some water from the tank into a big bowl then put all the fish in there, then wash the rocks clean the tank or whatever then once you have cleaned the tank let it sit for about 24 hours then after the 24 hours you put the fish back into the tank.
