You have to put your index finger and your thumb together like you are gesturing "perfect" or whatever. Then you put the your fingers in your mount not very far in....just like an inch. There has to be like a triangle shape space inside your mouth for the air to escape. Just practice like that...when I learned how to do it...it took a week just to make the smallest sound... Practice makes perfect! and also fold the tip of your tongue back with the fingers
