Your going to have to sit down together and discuss what exactly is going on between you (or not going on) in order to be able to work things out and make one another happy. You just cannot get back together and hope it works out you have to get to the root of the problems as to why she is not happy and what changes that could be worked on together to be able to be happy together. As well if you have any issues that also need to be addressed. This process requires and open mind to be able to see both sides of the situation and work at things together as well as being able to take constructive criticism because there is always room for improvement. Relationships just don't happen they take a lot of constant work and attention as well and patience and willingness - communication is very important.
