GENERALLY speaking - the voltage requirement of the LED bulbs must match the voltage of the vehicle (12 Volts). To power the LED's simply splice thier power feed wires into the line leading to the current running lights, and if they are grounded properly, they should work.

if it's a Canada model, it's the daytime running lights relay, if us model, then check headlamp relay located in underhood fuse box (also that's where drl relay is)
Yes, they are identical, except for clear turn lights on 2004 model vs. red on 2005 model. So, they are interchangeable, at least on LX 4 cylinder, 4 door car.

The 2007 model does have daytime running lights,But they may have to be programmed in by a Mitsubishi workshop. Not all countries have mandatory daytime running lights ,The system is part of the ETACS (electronic timing and control system ) and is only accessable via a dedicated Mitsubishi data tester.
