If you have checked the main fuse panel and did not locate it (could be linked in with an accessory fuse) the other place to look is behind the actual lighter casing itself, the silver "socket" that the lighter fits into can be pulled out and it will be attached to a wire with a fuse inline. The fuse is in a fuse box located under the drivers side of the dashboard to the left of the steering column. If the fuse is good and the cigarette lighter still does not work, the wire attaching at the cigarette lighter itself has probably burned or broken off necessitating the lighter be changed. It's a comon problem.
