Replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires, spark plug rotor & distributor, put in new air filter & change the fuel filter.
A "tune up" on newer vehicles usually refers to an "ignition tune-up", or where one replaces the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and distributor rotor.
You might try to locate them by following the 4 wires coming out of the distributor. There should be a spark plug on the other end of each of them.
