You will need a [http://www.northerntool.com/images/product/images/188211_med.gif Automotive Circuit Tester — 12 Volt] (click for pic) so you can test the wires to find out which is the hot wire once you turn on the headlights.
Then you simply use a [http://www.amback.com/images/ellett/58/5802244.jpg NON-STRIP SPLICERS] (click for pic) don't worry about a ground wire the light gets grounded thru the bumper. Good Luck and Remember.
