This is best done by the HR services of the college or someone affiliated with the school as this question will probably be asked as schools are not going to want to be affiliated with some restaurants (if they are bars more than restaurants due to legalities). If you wish to pursue this on your own say that you are affiliated with the school make up a title because as a student they may be nice to you but it probably won't get you anywhere use some college letterhead, print up a business card from the school( be aware you are boarding on fraud).
