in reference to the subject mentioned above, i hereby request you to kindly allow me leave of 40days from 25 september 2012 to 05 November 2012as i have travelled out of country to performe the Hajj2012.
you are therfore requested to kindly sanction my leave application.
I would appreciate if the leave is granted for the mentioned period ans shall be oblaiged for your cooperation in this regard.
