How do you write report on Diwali?

In order to write a report on anything, first you do research.

-Use books and trustworthy internet sources and take notes (I usually use flashcards but a plain sheet of paper is fine, as long as you are ORGANIZED).

-Make sure you write down the source of where you get your information from (you can't just use info that isn't yours, you have to cite that you got the info from a book/internet site to give credit to the author...otherwise, that's plagiarism!). ---

-Depending on the requirements of the paper, you probably have to make a bibliography or a Works Cited page (you can just Google that, there's sites that can help format those kinds of pages).

-Organize your report logically. Start with a brief introduction about what Diwali is, then use other paragraphs to break it down into more detail like what clothes do people wear when celebrating it, the foods they eat, any traditions or customs, etc.

-Wrap your report up with a nice conclusion that brings it all together.
