The fuel pump relay allows the pump to be turned on and off. In a 1994 Ford F350 4X4 5.8L, the fuel pump relay is located under the hood and inside the fuse box.

My F350 has two pumps, one in each tank. The tank switch turns each pump on.

If you 350 diesel is a 1995 it will have a manual fuel pump it is located in the middle of motor right behind the water/fuel filter look & answer on how to replace on this home page. correction ,this is not a manual fuel pump.it is a mechanical fuel pump
fuel pump is located on inside of chassis rail under the driver side of truck,about level with the leading edge of the front door
1990 f350 did not have a turbo, unless it was fitted after market, so check what engine you have such as year and size and then maybe we can answer your question

Gasoline engine : Yes, it is mounted on the top and inside the fuel tank. Diesel engine : No, it is on the driver side of the block.
