How do your get your 'hotmail' password reset if you forget the answer to your secret question?

Officially there is no way. The security question was made specially for such cases, if you forget your password and your security answer you loose your email. Some services have one more option to reset the password to use another email address to send new password, but I think hotmail doesn't have it.

I have tried the password reset option but the option of secret question is incorrect and the option of sending the password reset to the hotmail email address will not work as I cannot log in.
