It depends on the cause of the headache, but often times, yes. Many headaches, even when we are not thirsty, are caused by dehydration. Gatorade helps to rehydrate and restore electrolytes to a normal level.
Adults should drink water or an electrolyte solution such as Gatorade or Powerade. The important thing is to balance sugar, water, and electrolytes to avoid illness.
we have to rehydrate
Gatoraid or Poweraid is great because of the extra minerals but in my opinion nothing is better than water
There is a clue in the name, the 'DRINK' is made of liquid and therefore means that the bodys natural thirst for water is replenished.
A hypotonic solution contains less solutes than the cell, and so water will be drawn into the cell by osmosis.

Actually, no, it's not that great. Look at the ingredients in Gatorade. Give children pasteurized fruit juices, water, milk, and if you think you need to rehydrate them after a bout of diarrhea or something, give them Pedialyte.
No, it would not. Gatorade is a sports drink, used to rehydrate athletes who have lost a lot of water through perspiring. It provides vitamins and is supposed to restore energy. But despite rumors about what ingredients it contains (and the alleged danger of at least one of its ingredients), there are no scientific tests that have ever linked Gatorade to cancer. On the other hand, it is a sweet drink and could lead to obesity; it also is vitamin-enriched and if you drink too much of it, you might ingest too high a dose of certain vitamins, which could temporarily give you headaches or blurred vision.
