How does Jill Valentine supposedly die in the Resident Evil series?

she doesn't actually die ... if you play re5 (which is actually the best one yet in terms of storyline and gameplay) chris flashes back to a previous mission he was on with her somewhere in Russia. The umbrella chronicles actually delves into this T-A.L.O.S mission with these two, but doesn't cover what happens to Jill ... anyways ... in his flashback, chris is describing to his new partner, Sheva, how the two of them engaged superhuman wesker in hand to hand. wesker, of course, gets the upperhand and is about to do away with chris when Jill saves him by lunging at wesker, throwing him, and herself out of a window and over a cliff to their deaths. the flashback scene ends with chris yelling "JIIIILLLLL!!" out of the window. he then explains that niether wesker's, nor Jill's bodies were ever found and she was presumed dead.
the rest ... you'll have to play the game to see but it's not too hard to figure out what had happened.

β 14y agoIf you remember correctly, she is presumed dead in 2006 after sacrificing herself for Chris. She then returns two years later siding with Wesker. After the events of Resident Evil 5, who knows what happens to the characters. Only time will tell.

She didnt die in the game shes in re5, in the movies shes in afterlife.
