First, and most importantly, you must try to figure out if you will still be safe after you tell your parents. If there is any chance they will throw you out of the house or subject you to fake therapies, then do not tell them until you are 18 or older and self sufficient.
If you feel you will be safe telling them, then just come right out and tell them. They won't think any differently of you.
