There is not an easy way. My suggestion however would be to just tell them. If you are responsible enough to have sex you have to be responsible enough to handle what comes along with it. I do not mean to sound harsh, but I have been where you are and trust me I wish I had told my parents and boyfriend sooner than I did. I had very strict, religious parents and I felt like I would be disowned by them at first. However, after time passed they all accepted it as best as they could, and after my baby was born everything fell into place. Please don't stress yourself out. It will all work out.
