There are certain things that a contributor of WikiAnswers is not supposed to do, like:
The single worst offense is Cyberbullying. WikiAnswers has a no tolerance policy on this type of abuse. No warning is necessary, the user can be blocked immediately.
Supervisors keep an eye on what goes on in the community; if they feel a user is crossing the line, they might give a friendly hint to a new user. Otherwise, there is a warnings system. If things continue even after two warnings, the Super blocks the user.
The plural of ban is bans. As in "the wikianswers Supervisor bans the rulebreaker".
You have join one of WikiAnswers groups, and then you will be assigned special tasks, then you will become a supervisor.
So far, there isn't a list that lists every member on WikiAnswers. However, there is a list of every Supervisor on WikiAnswers, just not every member that WikiAnswers has.
There is no upgrading on WikiAnswers. You can however join a team on WikiAnswers. You can become a Supervisor or other team member as well.
E-mail WikiAnswers at WikiAnswers @ Answers.com (remove the spaces) if you want to become a Supervisor.
To ban, you must be a supervisor. Supervisors have the ability to block, or ban, users.
Yes. If a supervisor finds a cyberbully on wikianswers, the supervisor would block the cyberbully.
You get a WikiAnswers email account by becoming a Supervisor on WikiAnswers.
Doditov is a Floating Supervisor on WikiAnswers. To find out what a Floating Supervisor is, see the Related Link.
Yes, a supervisor on WikiAnswers can indeed be blocked. If a supervisor breaks the Terms of Use agreement for WikiAnswers, he or she is in danger of being blocked from contributing to the site - just as with any other user. A normal supervisor will not have the rights to block a fellow supervisor. Community Assistants only would have that option.
WikiAnswers doesn't say that people suck. Well, at least, most people don't. If you are experiencing problems with a member of WikiAnswers, please tell a Supervisor and they will do their best to help. If some one is cyberbullying you, the best thing to do is not call them anything mean and just live with it. Because then, the Supervisor may have to suspend you and the person.
No, you don't. Being a Supervisor is a volunteer position.
