Due to the fact that the traffic population in the area will be in majority the population living in that community, with that said, if car accidents are frequent than it goes to show that the community is a dangerous one and not suitable for a family with children. In a city, township or governing body of the community perspective. This could mean money spent to repair any collateral damage, the more money spent on the collateral the more money taken away from other things. Of course, last but not least, the last thing anybody wants is to drive around a place prone to accidents, that is a headache waiting to happen if I do say so myself. If it is one accident then refer to the second part of this answer, if its many, then refer to the first, second and last as being a reason.
