A company gets a good brand image by considering the needs of the customer. If a brand is truly good, they will consider the customers in order to keep them, and attract new ones.

Brand image refers to the perception of the brand in the public's mind. It is composed of tangible and intangible benefits. In opposition, the brand identity is the message sent by the company to the publics (and this image received is the brand image). So a brand image can refers to the quality of product and the usage of it can mean something to you: "I am what I consume" For the Brand Personality, it is the traits a Brand can "endorse".
