There are no lazy ways about losing unwanted fat. It takes a sensible diet and exercise such as walking briskly or getting into an exercise program. It appears you have simply lost confidence in yourself and it is possible that your boyfriend may never leave you for a skinny girl and if he does then he never loved you in the first place whether you were fat or skinny yourself. Love is just not about body shape or even sex, it is about trusting someone that is kind; loyal; loves that person with all their heart and is committed.
