Well, that depends on what kind of mouse you are talking about. A computer mouse doesn't cry of course, but a real mouse cries by making squeaking noises, and it's nose it wet. See, have you ever cried before, and found out you have a wet nose? That is because the nose has a small tube connecting to your eyes. So the wet thing in your nose are actually your tears. And I can be sure I'm right, because my cousin's husband is an eye doctor.
