All relay switches use a small current to turn a much larger current on and off. They are commonly used in cars for things that do not have to turn on and off very frequently such as headlights and horns.
Horn relay in engine compartment by the PCM
yes
Reverse switch defective or loose. Located somewhere on the shifter. Check your fuses.
They might work considering that the 90-93 Eagle Talon, 90-93 Eclipse, and the 90-93 Lazer are made so much alike...My friend has a book and everything that we looked at in the book was for the Talon, Eclipse, and Lazer so if I'm right, it should work.
ive got a 91 eagle talon also, the transmission is great. works perfect and all. BUT the reverse dosent work at all.. so in other words, all other gears work perfect. EXCEPT reverse. not sure of this problem.
yes it will, but the manifold your gonna put the tsi throttle body on must be a turbo manifold as well, well actually not really, it will fit no matter what, its just the non turbo manifold has more vacuum lines runnin to the throttle body, but it should work, never had a non turbo talon but i am very familiar with them, i have a 92 tsi awd talon and a 98 tsi.
Yes it will work the Mitsubishi eclipse, eagle talon and the Plymouth laser are all technically the same car with just a couple trim differences all the parts are interchangeable between them.
Bulbs? Fuses? Relay? Dimmer switch? Headlight switch?
Function that it controls won't work, but fuse and switch are good
If the fuel pump relay switch is bad then the fuel pump will not be turned on. Think of the relay like a light switch. If the switch has a bad connection then the light doesnt work.
A car relay is a type of switch of sorts in a vehicle. If the relay breaks, then whatever it was supposed to be used as a switch for won't work, much like if a fuse goes bad.
Most cars have a fuel pump relay switch located either under the hood in a fuse/relay box or on the firewall.
