Yes, they can. If you are the vampire, then you can navigate to the'Bite' action. If it is someone else, then sometimes they will try to bite you (pretty rare and may take a while). It will only work if the vampire has a good enough relationship with the victim. You can also go to "Influence' then 'Bite Sim'. You cannot influence them to bite you, unfortunately. If you want to get bitten, then I would suggest getting a good friend relationship with the vampire, then have another sim influence the vampire to bite you. Or, if you don't have another sim, marry him/her, have him/her bite you, then do whatever you want to with the other vampire.

∙ 14y agoYou have to have the nightlife expansion pack to do this, but there's two ways you can.
1. You can go around to all the community lots at night and try to find the count or countess and befriend them. Once they like you enough, they'll bite you.
2. You can make a sim and make one of their turn ons 'vampire'. Then call the matchmaker again and again until you get the count or countess.
You could also cheat.
Do cntrl+shift+c then type in boolprop testingcheatsenbled true
Go around at night and find the count and then shift+click on them and say 'add to household' then you can control them :)
