you cant have one on the gamecube one only on the mac one sorry but if u have the mac one then u hav to find a boy sim be in a deep relationship call him in a two person bed then woohoo then try for a baby and if the lullaby music plays u r pregnant but ur sim is gonna vomit and be hungry alot so its gonna get crazy and a few moments her stomich will get bigger and bigger than a video comes on with her with a baby (the girl will NO BOY!!!)

∙ 13y agoWell you take a woman and a man in sims 3 and you put them in a hot tub or a double bed. But make shure that the couple is married. then you put cuddle and then you click back on a sim and then you click try for baby.
And there you go, there having sex for the baby.
PS : Sometimes it does not work so try more than once if it does't work.
