An individual convicted of a felony other than a class A offense or sex offense can petition a superior court to restore the right to possess firearms provided the requirements of RCW 9.41.040(4) are met. The court has no discretion - if the petitioner qualifies, the court must grant the petition.
A pardon is an alternate method (and the exclusive method for class A felons and sex offenders), but is more difficult. This is a discretionary procedure, and the pardon must be based upon rehabilitation or innocence and cannot have ANY restrictions of gun possession.
There are many issues involving federal and state law. If you are uncertain about eligibility or the procedure involved, seek the assistance of a competent attorney.
Added: If you were convicted in federalcourt of a federal felony - the answer is definitely NO. Possession of firearms (including black powder arms) is forever prohibitted to federally convicted felons.

99 times out of 100, they don't. If their felony is a state felony, and isn't a federal felony, a slight glimmer of hope does exist - relief of disability may be applied for. However, it's going to require a lawyer, a good bit of money, and an understanding that there are no guarantees.
If it's a federal felony, your chances are essentially nil.
No. Regardless of what state you reside in, it is a violation of FEDERAL law (USC, Title 18) for a convicted felon to ever own or possess firearms or ammunition.
You need to talk to a lawyer.
See the below link:
This is going to depend on your state laws. In times past, felons never did get their voting rights back.
Suspension of the right to own firearms is a Federal matter, not a state matter.
can I in the state of Missouri with a non violent felony conviction 10 years ago get my hunting rights back
Possible. IF the felony was for violation of a state law. You will need an attorney, and petition for a pardon, with restoration of gun rights.
If you are a federally convicted felon there is no way. No mechanism exists to restore firearm rights to convicted federal felons. If you are state convicted - it depends entirely on which state you live in and/or which state convicted you. SOME states will restore limited firearm rights - others will not restore them at all.Your best course of action is contact an attorney in your state for consultation.
Get a lawyer. Get a lawyer. Get a lawyer.
please .
As far as federal law is concerned a convicted felon is a convicted felon, period. And there is no provision in federal law for such a restoration. However, some states view your situation differently and do return some LIMITED rights to you. You would have to contact your State Police to detemine if MO is such a state.
Possible. You need an attorney to start.
Sorry buddy.
Maybe. Starts with hiring a lawyer.
