Lose weight. There may be other reasons you have manboobs, (hormone imbalance, etc.) but the main reason would be your at least slightly overweight. Go on a diet or get active. Join some sports such as hockey or soccer, ask your mom or dad to buy some better and healthier school snacks. When you lose weight you usually lose it all over, so you might not notice any difference right away. If you are naturally slim and in good shape and you have man boobs, (which would then obviously stand out as womanly looking,) you should see a doctor as their might be a problem other then a little extra weight.
