If Genotype of a G as dominate green and g for recessive yellow what would the heterozygous look like?

the heterozygous will look like green because the green is dominant allele.

How do combination of alleles on your genes determine your phenotype?

Your phenotype is a characteristic of how you look, for example if you have brown or blue eyes. You inherit one allele for each characteristic you have from you mom and dad. Say your mom gives you a blue eyes allele and your dad gives you a brown eyes allele. Since brown eyes usually dominate over blue eyes, you would most likely be heterozygous for brown eye color, and you would have brown eyes. This would be represented by Bb, the B standing for brown eye color, the dominant trait, and the b standing for blue eye color, in this case the recessive trait. So, depending on what alleles you receive from your parents, you may look different than, for example, than your siblings do because they got a different set of alleles. This is possible because your parents both have 2 alleles, but they only give you one of each, so if both your parents give, for example, your sister a blue eye allele, she will most likely have blue eyes, even if you have brown.

What is a homozigouse?

It's spelt homozygous, which may explain the difficulty when you tried to look it up haha. I don't know your level of knowledge, but it refers to genetics. There are two alleles (allele = different type of a gene) at each locus (locus = physical location of a gene on a chromosome) on a chromosome. If these alleles are the same, they are considered homozygous. I'll give an example: we have a snake that either has spots or it doesn't, and spots is the dominant phenotype (phenotype = physically expressed trait). If it has spots, then it has the S allele, and if it doesn't have spots, it has the s allele (spots is uppercase and no spots is lowercase). If the organism does not have spots, then it is homozygous recessive with two s alleles (ss). If it had spots but had one S allele and one s allele (Ss) then it is heterozygous (two different alleles). If it had spots and had two S alleles (SS) then it is homozygous dominant. I hope that clarified.

Can a dwarf pea plant ever have a dominant allele?

A dwarf plant cannot have a dominant allele because it has recessive genes. You should look at the genotype, punnett square, of a dwarf plant for the probability of the dwarf plant having a dominant allele. :):):):) hoped this helped, otherwise, sorry! did my best....

What does an allele code for?

It is the phenotype of a genotype...meaning, it is the actual- physical look of a specific gene not the gene sequence.
