As heat increases, the membranes will become more fluid and as the temperature decreases it will solidify more. i.e. butter, in the fridge its solid but if you take it out then it will eventually melt.

calcium directly decrease membrane fluidity because of the interaction with negatively charged phospholipids reducing repulsion between the polar head groups and this increades packing of the lipid molecules.This therefore causes aggregation of lipid clusters which reduses the membrane fluidity
