∙ 15y agoThe ozone layer only harms humans that are 6+ miles in the air. The harm then is in trying to breathe the ozone... but they are unconscious and soon dead from lack of oxygen anyway. Otherwise the ozone layer's effect on humans is limited to blocking UV-B from our Sun, which is a good thing.
