i don't think it actually can since its just used in the call of duty: Zombies story. but there is actually some evidence behind it about a meteor that apparently started a mini zombie Apocalypse and some other stuff. so pretty much its just used in Call of Duty: zombies because its perfect for the story.

Ununpentium is, or course, a temporary name given to it until it is formally discovered and named. Un-1-Un-1-Pentium-5.
...In short, it cannot regenerate dead cells, or create zombies.
