Food has a great impact on your body and in the following sentences I'll be explaining how to the best of my ability but I am no doctor or anything. if you eat a lot of fast food, specifically food high in carbs and lipids, you can slow down your metabolism. Because the high intake of carbs can build in your body and lead up to obesity. And carbs also slow down your system a lot and collect in your stomach. Like for example, if you notice when you eat bread, you'll have some problems digesting it. To my knowledge it digests slowly which leads to weigh gain.
