Well, For all you Resident Evil Series rookies :) Leon S. Kennedy finds files/documents talking about Umbrella and Wesker. And If most people cant remember or dont know is that Claire and Leon keep in touch by email. Claire gets info about Wesker/Umbrella from her brother Carlos. So Wesker and Leon Never actually "Meet" each other but they both know about the existence of each other. Wesker knew about leon from Ada. Hope this helped you know how they knew about each other.

Wesker would win no doubt , Leon is strong and very agile also he is a Master in Hand to Hand combat, but in a fight against Superhuman Wesker , he would get raped. Just think about it Chris needed Sheva, Jill, Josh two rocket launchers and a Volcano to beat Wesker so Wesker would win.

Ada is kind of considered a good/bad person. Mainly Ada's the woman who helps Leon in the game. If you've played Resident Evil 2 then you might remember that Ada had died towards the end of the game. She was revived by Wesker. Yes, Wesker went out of his way and revived Ada because she was running around and had managed to get her hands on the G-virus which is what Wesker wanted. Now, she runs around behind-the-scenes helping Leon along the way. You might be able to tell that she has quite a soft spot for Leon.
