It is all according to which laws you are referring to. If it is Gods Law, then no for they are one of the same thing. Gods law is about love. If it is mans law, the answer is also no, unless mans law is tempered with mercy. The inflexibility of today laws make all else as naught, there is little that is paramount to that law.
