How does music effect a lizard's reaction?

Well lizards are def so they cant hear.

but like snakes they feel vibration same goes 4 lizards.

well i was playing music with heavy bass and when i checked the aquarium

the fishes looked like their head exploded, white stuff sticking out the eyes and stuff so yea i think it does
