if the animals get any of the oil on their bodies that comes from another place they tend to lick it off and they seem to die
It effects the government because it costs money to clean it up and then more hard work to earn the money back again

It could effect the wildlife around you, or the wildlife by the oil spill. the oil spill effected humans because humans depend on the gulf of Mexico for commercial fishing, food, and tourism. another way it could effect wildlife is that you have to be careful of eating sea food because you may never know if it has been cleaned or if it happened to have been by the oil spill at that time.it could also effect the waters by the gulf of Mexico.

one of the impacts are that wildlife is killed in oil spills.Another impact is that fishermen lose their jobs.And the companies lose their oil to sell.
All of the animals cannot stay in their homes any more because their homes are polluted and covered in oil.

The oil covers the animals and it will be hard for them to breathe because of the smell, the birds when covered by oil cannot fly easily and so might be eaten. The oil also destroys the habitat of the animals
