Take the entire hub off and heat it up. If it's small enough you can actually just stick it in an oven for a little while (250 - 300 deg. F) or some other heat source. Let it cool down and the bearings will come out much easier. This trick used to work great on rear carrier axle bearings for 4-wheelers. The thermal expansion will do the work for you. if you own this vehicle and do not know how the front wheel assebleys are lubricated then you should not own it... its lubricated by grease.. the front ifs had no sealed connection to the front diff thus it cannot be fed oil front the diff.
