If you step on the pedal and have no power or it's hard to accelerate you might want to get it looked at.
The Powerstroke was introduced in 1995, the difference is direct injection. The pre1995 engines were indirect injection

Short answer: No. As far as I know, the VR6 was never turbo stock from the factory. The only egines that came with turbo were the 4 cylinder 1.8T and the TDI (diesel).

well first a kl02 is the same thing as kl03 or klde,making 164 hp,but there is no way to know how much horsepower it makes with turbo,it all depends on what turbo kit,boost,and everithing but a basic klde with a small turbo running at 8 psi can range anywhere from 250 hp to 300
