In order to make any type of specific music you have to use the correct samples. Dubturbo 2.0 comes with several thousand samples, meaning that you can make most any type of music you want with just those samples. However, if you want to make Dubstep beats then you need to use dubstep sounding samples.
For instance, I did a quick search on Google for "wobble bass samples" and found some affordable sample kits. Just make sure to buy the .WAV file format and then you can easily import those samples into DUBturbo (the Windows version only).
You can of course adjust the BPM to a much higher rate for the dubstep type beats and add drops into your songs too. I would recommend watching some of the free tutorial videos within the members' area.
