This depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want to prevent other users from connecting to the internet or other wifi devices on a computer that you are responsible for and have the authority to control. I suggest the following: Assuming your running Windows 7, 1st - ensure you have set up an administrator password and log in as administrator (this will allow you to modify settings and prevent anyone else tampering with them) 2nd - go into Control Panel and click on Device Manager. Expand Network adapters and identify your wi-fi adapter (802.11n) - select and right click this - you can then either Disablethis adapter - (you can re-enable it at any time in the future) or Uninstall the device. Either way will remove the wifi function from your machine. Please bear in mind however, this will prevent any device from connecting via wifi including printers that may use this function.
