one probably burned the bulb. those always go out.
turn 2 switches on wait one minute, turn one off go in the room if the bulb is off and warm it was the last one you turned off if its cold its the one you didnt touch and if its on its the only switch left on.

If it's only one side it usually means that there is a burned out bulb somewhere.
you can go to a auto shop and buy a rx300 bulb and after you can get someone to remove the headlight and you can remove the bulb and put the new one.
the only way to test one is to put the bulb in the strobe housing and apply recommended power.

Simply change the bulb. It is not unusual for only one element in a headlamp to go bad. Be careful to not touch the glass of the bulb with your bare fingers. Oil from your skin can make a hot spot on new lamps and cause them to burn out faster. Some vehicles have a fuse for each headlight and there function. Check the fuses first.
You use a T5 wrench to remove the screw. Slowly pry it out from the end where the screw goes. Once the unit is removed twist the bulb holder from the frame. Remove the bulb by pulling it from the socket. It does not screw out. Replace the bulb and reverse the process. I only had one go out so far.
